MeltyBase does not collect, store, or have access to your data. Your database, your users, and your logs stay on your hardware.
MeltyBase includes the Sentinel Guardrail, an automated PII (Personally Identifiable Information) masking engine. Sentinel intercepts and redacts sensitive data (emails, credit cards, government IDs) in real-time before it reaches third-party AI endpoints, ensuring your users' privacy is maintained even when using cloud-based LLMs.
Because MeltyBase is a self-hosted platform, you are the data controller and processor. We never see your users' data, your API keys, or your configurations.
We only collect the minimum amount of information necessary to process your purchase and deliver your license key:
We use your information solely to:

We use industry-standard encryption to protect your purchase records. However, the security of your self-hosted MeltyBase instance is your responsibility.
